About The Band

2014-01-20 Bassam and Hassane - remix ←→ culture 77 - LR (JPG 1500px 72 DPI).jpg

Left to Right

Hassane Slaibi (flute)

Bassam Jalgha (oud)

Bassam and Hassane are both musicians and engineers from Lebanon. While geeking out independtly about technical topics, they met at the music club of the American University of Beirut through an oriental fusion band called MEZA.

In 2012, the duo joined their passions for music and technology to make the world a more musical place. Their invention Roadie Tuner is an automatic guitar tuner and became the most funded music accessory in crowdfunding history in 2017.

Despite being soaked in manufacturing, travel and fast startup life, Hassane and Bassam still enjoy an improvised musical evening every once in a while and wish to devote more time for their music.
